Welcome to Sofreh Restaurant, the premier Persian restaurant in New Malden. At Sofreh, we pride ourselves on delivering an authentic Persian dining experience in a beautiful and welcoming environment.
Our menu features a range of classic Persian dishes, made using traditional ingredients and recipes passed down through generations. From tender lamb and chicken kebabs to fluffy saffron rice and aromatic stews, our dishes are bursting with the flavors and spices of Iran.
But it's not just the food that sets us apart. Our beautiful restaurant environment is the perfect setting for any occasion, from a romantic dinner for two to a lively family gathering. Sofreh Restaurant was just opening up in New Malden and needed a platform to allow their customers to make table reservations, order online and follow the latest events happening at the restaurant. They lacked online presence and their customers we're struggling to easily book a table before they visit.
Sofreh Restaurant also wanted their own online ordering portal to minimise the expense of third-party delivery services.

Table Reservation System
We built a custom table reservation system for Sofreh Restaurant to allow customers to book a table, as well as have restaurant staff confirm their bookings by reviewing the request as it comes through.
Online Ordering
A fully customized online ordering system was built on Woocommerce and integrated with their current Point-of-Sale (POS) system and payment processor. Online orders would display delivery time, distance to the destination and calculate if there was a delivery charge or the order would fall into the free delivery range.
Order Management
Custom SMS notifications were set up along with email notifications to restaurant staff to ensure an order is never missed. Customers making online orders are notified via email once their orders were dispatched, confirmed and being prepared.
