You start as a Bronze partner at 7% commission. After your 3rd successful referral, you automatically upgrade to Silver (9%). After your 6th, you reach Gold (12%). Tier status is cumulative and permanent — you never drop back down.
Any new client who signs a project with us worth £2,000 or more and mentions your referral code. The project must be their first engagement with Synmek.
Within 30 days of the referred project kicking off — not when it completes. Payment is via bank transfer. We send a confirmation email with the payout breakdown.
No cap at any tier. If you refer a £100,000 project as a Gold partner, you earn £12,000. Refer ten £5,000 projects and earn £6,000. There is no ceiling.
Your code is valid for 12 months per referral. If someone you refer signs a project within that window, you earn the commission — even if they took months to decide.
If a Gold-tier referral signs an ongoing retainer (e.g., monthly maintenance, SEO, or development), you earn your 12% commission on the first 12 months of retainer payments — not just the initial project.
Not at all. You make the introduction, we handle everything from discovery to delivery. You can be as involved or hands-off as you like.
