A platform to modernise how construction projects are managed.

BuiltUp.io came to us with an ambitious vision: build a mobile platform that simplifies construction project management for contractors, project managers, and property developers. Think of it as the project management tool the construction industry actually needs — tracking jobs, managing teams, sharing progress photos, and keeping clients informed, all from a phone on the job site.

The challenge? They had a concept deck, zero brand identity, no technical team, and needed to go from nothing to a live product on both iOS and Android — with a marketing engine behind it to drive adoption.

We designed and engineered the BuiltUp mobile app for both iOS and Android using React Native — delivering native performance on both platforms from a single codebase. Every screen was designed for the reality of construction work: large touch targets for gloved hands, and high-contrast UI for outdoor visibility.
